باختصار
يومي مجاني ومفتوح للجميع ولا يحتاج أي حساب، وما عنده خوادم. البيانات تنحفظ على الجهاز نفسه. المجموعات المشتركة اختيارية، وتمر عن طريق iCloud من Apple.
وين تنحفظ البيانات
المواعيد والمهام والمشتريات والأشخاص والإعدادات كلها محفوظة داخل التطبيق على الجهاز. ما في خوادم ليومي ولا تخزين سحابي خاص فيه.
المجموعات المشتركة (iCloud)
لو استخدم المستخدم المجموعات: المواعيد والمهام والأغراض اللي يحطها في مجموعة تنحفظ في iCloud حق صاحب المجموعة وتوصل لأعضائها عن طريق Apple. التنبيهات اللي يختارها كل عضو والأشخاص اللي يهتم فيهم تبقى على جهازه. الخروج من مجموعة يشيل أغراضها من الجهاز، وحذفها (لصاحبها) يحذفها عند الكل.
كود الدعوة
عشان الدعوة بالكود، ينحفظ في المساحة العامة ليومي في iCloud: الكود، والاسم اللي يختاره المستخدم، ومعرّف iCloud مجهول خاص بيومي — وأي أحد عنده الكود يشوف الاسم بس. الدعوة فيها اسم المرسل واسم المجموعة ورابط الانضمام، وممكن ينضم أي أحد يحصل على الرابط. تنمسح الدعوة لما ينضم الشخص، أو بعد 30 يوم، أول ما يفتح مرسلها التطبيق. ما ينحفظ هناك أي موعد ولا رقم ولا إيميل. «حذف كودي من iCloud» في صفحة المجموعات يمسح الكود والاسم.
المشاركة من التطبيقات الثانية
لما تنشارك رسالة مع يومي (مثلاً من واتساب)، يقرا يومي النص على الجهاز بس، وما يحفظ إلا الموعد أو المهمة اللي يوافق عليها المستخدم. النص نفسه ما ينحفظ ولا ينرسل.
التسجيل الصوتي
لما يُضغط زر المايك، يحوّل نظام التعرّف على الكلام من Apple الصوت إلى نص. الكلام العربي يمر على خوادم Apple عشان دقة أعلى مع اللهجة (وعلى الجهاز إذا ما في إنترنت)، والإنجليزي على الجهاز نفسه إذا كان متوفراً — حسب سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بـ Apple. يومي ما يحفظ الصوت، ويستخدم النص فقط لفهم المواعيد والمهام.
الأذونات
يطلب يومي إذن المايك والتعرّف على الكلام فقط عند أول استخدام للمايك، والكاميرا فقط لتصوير كود صديق، وممكن تغييرها من إعدادات الجهاز.
النسخ الاحتياطية
«تصدير نسخة احتياطية» يُنشئ ملفاً فيه كل البيانات، ويقرر المستخدم بنفسه وين يحفظه أو لمن يرسله. يومي ما يرسل الملف لأي مكان من نفسه.
جهات الاتصال
لتذكيرات الاتصال فقط: المستخدم يختار الشخص بنفسه من قائمة جهات الاتصال من Apple، ويحفظ يومي اسمه ورقمه مع التذكير على الجهاز. يومي ما يقرا جهات الاتصال ولا يطلب إذنها ولا يرسلها لأي مكان.
التحديثات
يتأكد يومي من App Store إذا في تحديث جديد، ويرسل لـ Apple رقم التطبيق بس — بدون أي معلومات عن المستخدم.
التنبيهات
تنبيهات محلية يجدولها الجهاز نفسه؛ ما تمر بأي خادم. زر «اتصال» يفتح تأكيد الاتصال من iOS، ويومي ما يتصل من نفسه. المنبهات (لمن يفعّلها لموعد أو مهمة) يجدولها الجهاز نفسه بإذن المستخدم، وما تمر بأي خادم. طلبات المشاركة توصل كإشعار من iCloud عن طريق خدمة إشعارات Apple؛ ما تمر بخوادم يومي.
ما يجمعه يومي
لا إعلانات ولا تتبّع ولا تحليلات ولا مشاركة مع أطراف ثالثة. الشي الوحيد اللي يوصل لمساحة يومي في iCloud هو الكود والاسم والدعوات (لمن يستخدم المجموعات)، ويُستخدم بس للدعوات.
حذف البيانات
الإعدادات ← «مسح كل البيانات»، أو حذف التطبيق. وكود الدعوة يمسحه «حذف كودي من iCloud».
الأطفال
مناسب لكل الأعمار، وما فيه إعلانات ولا تتبّع لأي مستخدم.

In short
Yomi is free, open to everyone, needs no account and has no servers. Data stays on the device. Shared groups are optional and go through Apple’s iCloud.
Where data lives
Appointments, tasks, shopping lists, people and settings are stored inside the app on the device. Yomi has no servers and no cloud storage of its own.
Shared groups (iCloud)
If groups are used: appointments, tasks and items put in a group are stored in the group owner’s iCloud and reach its members through Apple. Each member’s chosen alerts and the people they look after stay on their own device. Leaving a group removes its items from the device; deleting it (owner) removes it for everyone.
Invite code
For invites by code, Yomi’s public iCloud area holds the code, the name the user chose, and an anonymous Yomi-specific iCloud identifier — anyone with the code sees only the name. An invite holds the sender’s name, the group’s name and the join link, and anyone who gets the link may be able to join. It’s deleted once the person joins, or after 30 days, the next time its sender opens the app. No appointments, numbers or emails are stored there. “Delete my code from iCloud” on the Groups screen removes the code and name.
Sharing from other apps
When a message is shared to Yomi (e.g. from WhatsApp), Yomi reads the text on the device only and saves just the appointment or task the user confirms. The text itself is neither stored nor sent.
Voice
When the mic is tapped, Apple’s speech recognition turns speech into text. Arabic goes through Apple’s servers for better accuracy with dialect (on the device when offline); English is recognized on the device when available — under Apple’s privacy policy. Yomi doesn’t store audio and uses the text only to understand appointments and tasks.
Permissions
Microphone and speech recognition are requested only on first use of the mic, and the camera only to scan a friend’s code; they can be changed in the device’s Settings.
Backups
“Export backup” creates a file with all data; the user decides where to keep or send it. Yomi never sends it anywhere by itself.
Contacts
For call reminders only: the user picks the person from Apple’s contact list, and Yomi keeps that one name and number with the reminder on the device. Yomi never reads the contacts, never asks for access to them, and never sends them anywhere.
Updates
Yomi checks the App Store for a newer version; only Yomi’s app number is sent to Apple — nothing about the user.
Notifications
Local notifications scheduled by the device; they never pass through a server. The Call button opens iOS’s own call confirmation — Yomi never places a call by itself. Alarms (for items the user marks) are scheduled by the device itself, with the user’s permission, and never pass through a server. Invites arrive as a notification from iCloud through Apple’s notification service; they never pass through Yomi.
What Yomi collects
No ads, tracking, analytics or third-party sharing. The only thing that reaches Yomi’s iCloud area is the code, the name and invites (for people who use groups), used only for invites.
Deleting data
Settings → “Erase all data”, or delete the app. “Delete my code from iCloud” removes the invite code.
Children
Suitable for all ages, with no ads and no tracking for anyone.
